Here is how it works:
- In step one you enter the name of the hotel or the location where you are going.
- In step two you enter how many passengers.
- You decide which service is best for you and your party.
- You make your reservation right online in a few easy steps with our new secure system.
- Once the reservation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation, a receipt for your payment, and arrival instructions by email.
- The day of your arrival we will monitor your flight so we will know of any delays and flight changes.

There are 2 types of transportation services available from the Cancun International Airport, SHARED SHUTTLES (Colectivo) and PRIVATE SERVICES. (Sorry, no taxis available at the airport only Shuttles and Private Services)
The SHARED SHUTTLE SERVICE is a van or shuttle that leaves the airport every 20 minutes. For 1 or 2 passengers this is the most ECONOMICAL way to get to any location AS THE PRICE IS PER PERSON. Shuttles leave constantly every 20 minutes and make a maximum of 4 stops, which means that the shuttle may stop at a couple of places before it gets to your hotel. The SHARED SHUTTLE service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. so if your flight arrives or leaves within those times, then you will be OK to reserve the shuttle.
The PRIVATE SERVICE is a private car or van for up to 10 passengers. This is the MOST ECONOMICAL option for 3 to 10 passengers traveling together AS THE PRICE IS PER VEHICLE and NOT per person as the shared shuttle service. It is private so no one else gets in the van with you and we take you straight to your hotel with no stops in between. This service is highly recommended if you arrive late at night of leave early in the morning as this service is available 24hrs. In addition, this service takes you to ANY location in Cancun and Riviera Maya, including hotels, condos, private homes and rentals. So if you want to go straight to your hotel and don’t want to wait any time at the airport, then the PRIVATE SERVICE is the best option for you.
